Here is the problem: User A has blocked user B. Also A has deleted all the messages received from B. Now A has changed her mind and want to receive messages from B. How the admin can remove the block B->A?

Does it have to be the admin? User A can remove the block on his/her own at /messages/blocked. – Patrick Kenny May 27 '12 at 12:33
