Hi, my name is David Thomas. I work as a senior developer at Catalyst IT, New Zealand's largest open-source software company.

I've been working professionally full-time with Drupal (versions 5, 6 & 7) for the last 5+ years on various large government and corporate IT projects. My specialty is web application architecture and development.

In my spare time I enjoy gardening; spending time with my lovely wife and daughter; a little yoga and various DIY projects around the house.

For a number of years, I've been providing support as "dekita" on freenode #drupal IRC. Although I'm fairly new at Drupal Answers I'm enjoying the experience.
