you could use string overrides module or use hook:

function yourmodule_form_alter(&$form, &$form_state, $form_id) {
  if ($form_id == 'name_of_form') {
    $form['submit']['#value']$form['actions']['submit']['#value'] = 'Your button text';
  }
}
