Drupal 8 - How install a module without break the installation if error

When I install my module, if I have anget the following error, by exemple :

After I can't uninstall my module and I need to re-install all drupalDrupal 8, since my module is not displayed insidein the uninstall tab.

Have you a solution for don't break the installer please How can I fix this without re-installing Drupal 8? Thanks.
