Your DGMap.js script isn't externalexternal, you should use file as datatype parameter instead.

drupal_add_js('sites/all/modules/GoogleMapByDave/DGMap.js', 'file');

or use an absolute path.

drupal_add_js('http://example.com/yourscript.js', 'external');
