same cck Same CCK field in one content type

iI have a content type named school."school;" this content type has a cckthe "teacher" CCK field as teacher., but the number of teachers is not same for any school. 
so iI need a thing like "add new teacher" button . when user click this button another teacher cck, which can be used to a new "teacher" CCK field display. doesDoes anyone know anya module to do (like) this?

I have a content type named "school;" this content type has the "teacher" CCK field, but the number of teachers is not same for any school. 
I need a thing like "add new teacher" button, which can be used to a new "teacher" CCK field. Does anyone know a module to do this?
