In D7, ifYou can change style output in display fields settings of your content type. This will affect you don't needrender.

Also you can use theme_image_style function to applyset your image styles or anything like thatstyle

Url of image you can simply inset the body field and select to only allow tagsfind in the rewrite results section.$content['field_image']['und'][0]['uri']

In D7, if you don't need to apply image styles or anything like that you can simply inset the body field and select to only allow tags in the rewrite results section.
