Dec 2, 2012 at 22:56 | comment | added | Reg Gordon | As a work around, and possibly better for me, is to create a new View and just show the block in the term page as i was wanting to use a differant style for that view anyhow. I will go and play about with it and anything you can offer to the original problem would be helpfull to me. I will mark this as fixed in a bit i feel.
Dec 2, 2012 at 22:54 | comment | added | Reg Gordon | sorry....and that block displays fine. Ive added the same arguments to my taxonomy/term/* page and it is accepting the arguments just fine too. The only problem i have now is to display all terms if the argument is not used.ie folks arrive in a tag term page and it shows all nodes in that term before they click the archive block. The problem seems to be what to do with the Created year and month when there is no argument. Currently i get a blank page as you can see here onlinebanter.com/forum/video-games
Dec 2, 2012 at 22:51 | comment | added | Reg Gordon | mmmm either moving up to Views 3 in the past few weeks or my basic Views knowledge has improved ransom as im half way there now. Ive added a block view to my default taxonomy view with the arguments Arguments Taxonomy: Term ID Node: Created year + month Style: List
