Allow users to edit cckthe list of CCK allowed values list for "select list"

I have a cckCCK field for "City" which("City") that is a Select Listselect list, and has manually entered cities in the allowed values list. I have been manually addingadded these cities (as the administrator of the website) but I would like to hand control over to the client.
