I would like to call the menu_rebuild function but am unsure of where exactly to paste the code snippet.

I can't find the update.php file anywhere in my local instance...

The reason I would like to attempt this is because I deleted all the nodes from Content, but they are still appearing under the menu structure. Deleting nodes did not remove the node-related menus
