function Function to Getget all the user permissions in the system (/admin/people/permissions)

isIs there any drupala Drupal 7 function can listthat lists all the user permissions in the system (/admin/people/permissions) like this ( user_permission_get_modules() )defined from enabled modules?

i'm trying to createWhat I need for a drupal module ,what i needI am implementing is to getgetting all the permissions and addadding to each one of the list in a checked boxcheckbox list and please if there is any possibility.

Is it possible to make the value of the checked boxcheckbox the same asshown in the "permission" column 'permission' inof the "role_permission" table 'role_permission'.

Is there a Drupal 7 function that lists all the user permissions defined from enabled modules?

What I need for a module I am implementing is getting all the permissions and adding to each one a checkbox list.

Is it possible to make the value of the checkbox the same shown in the "permission" column of the "role_permission" table?
