i'm new intrying to create drupal

as the title said 7 module for online payment , my question is : is it possiblewill be by roles , for exemple ( user1 can create 'Blog content type' just if he has the permission on that) so after the payment i want to add specific permissionsthat role to only some users withoutthat user so i can avoid the each time creating roleroles for them , thanksthe users
