How to solve this: "Notice: unserialize() [function.unserialize]:... Error at offset 10301 of 11637 bytes on views_db_object->load_row()"?

I use the E-Commerce Kickstart distribution. Almost always I get some error like, every time I update and give save in any view.

Please could anybody tell me what is causing this error?, or give me some suggestion or solution.
