Drupal Views Exposed Filter ( Creating seperate filters for parent , child & grandchild ) [duplicate]

Question

How can one achieve following in exposed fliters

FILTER ONE (PARENT) FILTER TWO ( CHILD ) FILTER THREE ( GRAND CHILD )..

I dont want SHS or HS,

Please guide.
