I guess you should put that filter "post date" under "Sort criteria" (in case you putted it under "Filter criteria").

Putting it under "Sort criteria" will sort the items as per their creation date while putting in under "Filter criteria" will show only items that were created after the given date.

  • I figured it out, you just need one date exposed filter and select from to to, and you will get 2 fields with min and max date – bobo May 7 '16 at 1:29
  • Good you solved it and wrote it here for more to see. If my answer helped you go in that direction and you liked it please accept it and/or thumb it up. – JohnDoea May 7 '16 at 7:47
  • it did not help, i just copied the default view in commerce, that had the date already made, it is view for orders.....so you can see exactly how to do it with only one date field – bobo May 7 '16 at 12:16

In a view you can create two filters using the same date field (if It's a date field, otherwise you should switch to a datefield type field), one for the maximum date and the other one for the minimum date. You can also expose this filters for users to choose if you want.

  • yes I did that like you said before, but then you can make only one field and select between option and you will get two input fields....very cool – bobo May 7 '16 at 12:17
