I check my DB there is no flood table even found. But getting error There have been more than 5 failed login attempts for this account. It is temporarily blocked

What else could stop me to login?

Drupal 8 still exited table flood. You can see here. Table flood created when use login failed. You can use the way in drupal 7. Simple

drush php-eval 'db_query("DELETE FROM `flood`");'

  • You can also install the flood unblock module to manage this. – Duncanmoo Mar 21 '18 at 7:41
