This question already has an answer here:

What is the most general way to install Drush?, the way that is applicable even when there is a formal recommendation to install it from Composer, or a way that is suitable for WSL?

Publish this question and answer after typing in Google "How to install Drush" and didn't find a general, multipurpose QA about this here. So, for next generations:

Execute in your Linux CLI:

sudo wget http://files.drush.org/drush.phar
sudo mv drush.phar drush
sudo mv drush /usr/local/bin/
sudo chmod +x /usr/local/bin/drush

Check all went fine (execute there as well):

drush status
