I have a template named views-view-responsive-grid--taxonomy-term--page.tpl.php in which I have added a custom block to the left of the responsive view grid with the help of my foundation grid, like this:

 <div class="row">
   <div class="large-2 columns">
 <?php $block = module_invoke('filterblock', 'block_view', 'filterblock-temperatur'); ?>
 <?php  if ($block['content']) {
     $output = "<div class=\"filter-block\">\n";
     $output .= "<div class=\"content\">".$block['content']."</div>\n";
     $output .= "</div>\n";
     print $output;
   } ?>
 </div>
  <div class="large-10 columns">
<?php if (!empty($title)) : ?>
  <h3><?php print $title; ?></h3>
<?php endif; ?>
  <div class="<?php print $classes; ?>">
<?php if ($options['alignment'] == 'vertical') : ?>
<?php foreach ($columns as $column_id => $column) : ?>
  <div class="<?php print trim($column_classes[$column_id]); ?>">
  <?php foreach ($column as $item_id => $item) : ?>
    <div class="<?php print trim($item['classes']); ?>">
      <?php print $item['content']; ?>
    </div>
  <?php endforeach; ?>
  </div>
<?php endforeach; ?>
<?php else : ?>
  <?php foreach ($rows as $row_id => $row) : ?>
    <div class="<?php print trim($row_classes[$row_id]); ?>">
  <?php foreach ($row as $item_id => $item) : ?>
    <div class="<?php print trim($item['classes']); ?>">
      <?php print $item['content']; ?>
    </div>
  <?php endforeach; ?>
  </div>
  <?php endforeach; ?>
<?php endif; ?>
  </div>
</div>
</div>

This works as I want it to (the taxonomy pages are generated with a view with a header that I want to be untouched, and I have managed to make the block appear under the view's header but to the left of the view's responsive grid). But I need to only target one specific taxonomy term (tid = 51), not all taxonomy pages. How can I do that?
