I have the following view.

enter image description here

I've created a template.

enter image description here

I get the expected result.

However, when I change the path of the view, the theme is not used.

How can I use a template in a view with the admin path?

Well. What templates are suggested when you chage path? All remains the same? And one note` Drupal 7 recommends to use the lastest template suggestion for templates. – Alen Simonyan Feb 1 '19 at 9:27

I found that the admin theme is actually seven thus the theme directory is sites/all/themes/seven/templates

I'm not sure if this a specific site configuration or a default drupal behaviour.

The backend theme will not inherit the site theme templates. You’d need to extend the admin theme as a subtheme and make your modifications to see it used on the backend. – Kevin Feb 1 '19 at 5:29
