I am using a watchdog command to log

watchdog(self::MODULE_NAME, "Successfully written to %file", array('%file' => $local_file), WATCHDOG_DEBUG);

it causes a database row with i:7; in the variables column.

This causes the 'unexpected error' error page when viewing the error log.

If I change i:7; to N; then the page loads fine.

I changed the level from WATCHDOG_DEBUG to WATCHDOG_INFO. This error is not present on other versions of drupal installed.
