In Commerce 2 we are using the "Manual" payment method to allow certain users to select this option as a "Bill Me Later" method. However, when this Manual method is selected the user is still required to enter all of their "payment information", such as full address, name, and phone number.

This payment information is not relevant nor needed for the manual payment method on our site. Is there any way to remove this form/requirement if the user selects the manual payment method?
