For recent changes to 8.5.x, my paragraph entities broke and throws the following error.

SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'revision_uid' in field list

I uninstalled and reinstalled the module, but I am still getting the same error.

Perhaps the solution lies in system_update_8501(), but I am unable to make Drupal run that update. Any guide would be really helpful.

Go to http://www.example.com/update.php and follow instructions. Obviously, replace www.example.com with your domain name.

  • I have done that several times and it always give a green signal. How to apply system_update_8501? – Vishal Kumar Sahu May 2 at 19:40

  • I am not getting you. I did update through update.php. May be I don't know where to put system_update_8501. – Vishal Kumar Sahu May 3 at 10:11
  • The function system_update_8501 is supposed to go into the install file of the system module. Do you have access to drush? – Kartagis May 3 at 10:15
  • It's offline. Not on server. – Vishal Kumar Sahu May 3 at 10:25
