I have a Drupal 8 installation and it is not logging in the users.

Tried Google search and applied all solutions like setting cookie_domain, trusted_host_patterns and clearing cache.

Note that, if we see the recent log messages, we can clearly see that the user is logged in. Session is opened for user.

The message Session opened for [username].

But, it is still redirecting to login page instead of user home page.

  • If session is already opened then try to access www.example.com/admin page, let me know if its accessible. – usmanjutt84 May 31 '19 at 6:05
  • Tried to open /user and also /admin page. It is showing access denied. – Pupil May 31 '19 at 6:10
  • Try with drush sqlq "TRUNCATE sessions" command then again login – usmanjutt84 May 31 '19 at 6:31
