I have had a minor issue which has been popping up whenever I run update.php such as after updating some modules, etc.

Anytime I run update.php I get the following error:

Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$uid in user_uri() (line 194 of /home/master/public_html/modules/user/user.module).

This message doesn't point me to anything more specific so I am not sure what to check here. I checked the Drupal logs for anything else showing up at the same time and found nothing related. I have been ignoring this message for a long time but thought I would reach out to the community to see if anyone else has seen this and if so what they did.

Unfortunately in situations like this, the place the error shows is not where the problem lies. Something in your system somewhere is not setting the value of 'uid' on an object, and that object is eventually getting passed to user_uri(), which expects the 'uid'. Since it's not been set, that's where the notice pops up. Unfortunately, these are not the type of bugs that can be debugged on Drupal Answers, as it requires direct access to the system and deep testing to debug. But, if you've got any custom code that is creating objects like nodes, check that you're properly setting the UID on them – Jaypan Sep 17 '19 at 1:16
