I created a view and added it as a block. Now what I want to do is to manage the way the fields are displayed.

However, when I inspect the page, twig doesn't show me a template name that I can use to override other than the default /views/views-view.html.twig which if I edit it will affect any other view I create.

Below is a screenshot of the options twig gives me:

Is there a way I can create my own template to display the view fields?

As of end result I should be able to access the fields like so:

{{ field.machine_name1 }}
{{ field.machine_name2 }}
  • The answer says that this is being worked on for drupal 8...but we are already on Drupal 8 version. Anyways, at least I know its a bug – user agent Mar 11 at 16:57
