I’m trying to run the Drupal CMS unit tests. It is using doctrine/annotations:1.8.0. I am seeing many errors similar to:

Doctrine\Common\Annotations\AnnotationException:
[Semantical Error] The annotation "@Doctrine\Common\Annotations\Annotation\Attributes" in class @Drupal\Tests\Component\Annotation\Doctrine\Fixtures\AnnotationWithAttributes does not exist, or could not be auto-loaded.

Can anyone guide me towards where the problem might be? Drupal passes all the tests when using their custom environment, where I’m just running PHPUnit with the —dev dependencies installed by composer.
