English is not my native language so please be patient.
I'm totally new to Drupal development so I was learning how to migrate from Drupal7 to Drupal8 due to some work necessities to test a POC, the idea is to migrate the configurations and then import some content in a controlled way. At this moment I had installed the necessary modules on my Drupal 8 site:
- Migrate Drupal
- Migrate Manifest
- Migrate Plus
- Migrate Tools
Then as is indicated in Drupal Documentation, imported the configurations using:
drush migrate-upgrade --legacy-db-url=mysql://db7_user:@127.0.0.1:3306/drupal7_site --legacy-root=http://drupal8_site --configure-only
This give a list that I have imported (with some errors due to some custom modules), then I created a manifest file. So in this step I have some doubts, because neither the migrate-upgrade
or the migrate:template:list
commands give me information about some specific content which I need to migrate. So this brings the question, how to use migrate-manifest module (or others modules if necessary) to migrate content from Drupal 7 to Drupal 8. I really appreciate an answer more detailed than the current documentation.
