I have created extra fields for the User account. I have never had an issue with any of these fields showing up when constructing a View that aggregates based off of the User.

I just added a new Text field called "Job Title" to the User account. I then created a basic view that aggregates based off of the User account. The field "Job Title" shows up in the View for my logged in Administer account but NOT for an anonymous user or a user that is logged in but not an Administer and I can't figure out why. Here is the "Job Title" field:

And the visibility on the field is set to "Public"

And here is the result of the view for an anonymous user (same as for logged in non admin):

Does anyone know what is wrong or where I should look to diagnose what is causing the field not not show up for the view? I have tried this with different views that aggregate on User and have had the same perplexing results.
