For me, all referenced fields or all title fields are displayed as links. This fits in the node as well as in views. However, I don't want this at all, but I would like these fields to be displayed exclusively as text fields. How can I prevent this?

You can override the twig template(s) to stop putting out the title as a link, for one. Two in Views if you are outputting fields, you can uncheck the linking options.

Same goes for rendering ER fields on via the Label formatter - just edit the settings and uncheck the link option.

You can override node.html.twig from whatever base theme you are using, and alter it so the title does not display as a link.

So a little addendum: In principle, these are tokens that are displayed in the view as a link.

A token would be for example the following: [node:field_royalty_taschenbuch:entity:field_medienart]

"field_royalty_taschenbuch" is a paragraph that references the field media type from another content type. Media type in turn is the title field of the node.

So to me was also enough in principle, please show me all tokens in the view not as link.

That's why I'm not sure at the moment how to do it via the Twig template of the View. But I think that would make the most sense?!
