How do I show sets of questions based on the value of another field?

Question

I am trying to create a registration webform based on the type of program students are registering for. For example if students have options to select ( School A, School B, School C, etc.) I would like to populate a separate set of questions for each school. I know that I can do this with elements but cant figure out which elements I need.
