Working on Drupal 8.8.4

I simply need to change the title on the admin page Taxonomy which lists the existing vocabularies.

As far as I know/read, the `routing.yml` should be modified? (only the `defaults_title` parameter?)

Inside the `taxonomy.routing.yml` file in taxonomy folder, I only get the form routes for taxonomy term, if I am correct.

So I guess I need to modify the route elsewhere? 

I have tried `system.routing.yml`, listing a lot of admin routes (I thought it was the jackpot) but there is no route to Taxonomy page.

Could someone tell me where to go and which static route to change?
