Version tags should be used for questions that apply to a version only, not to merely say what version a site is using.

Very slow loading on localhost (via. Uniform Server)
In my experience I've found XAMPP much faster than other servers, especially vs MAMP.
It also runs better since the defaults are with much bigger RAM settings (128MB)
