Multiple content types in views in order one by one
Yes that is possible. If A is the name of the content type and 1 is the ID of the content. Then you first sort on ID and then on Content Type.

how to limit view to just show each type one time?
You can set Distinct in the advanced settings of your view. A distinct will only show unique records. So if you have a list of all Lists then it will show all unique values of List
