Broken/Missing Handers in View
@4k4 You're probably right, been reading in detail the relationship between key_value & key_value_expire and the rest of the db. I took a mysqldump of my dev DB and updated those two tables with values from the dev DB, cleared the cache and did a drush updb, problem has resolved itself, i did get a few notices, but it's better than how it was before.

Broken/Missing Handers in View
@4k4 I tried but when i do i get the following error message which just confuses me even further as i can't see how it's even possible. Error name: "MINIMUM SCHEMA VERSION", error message: "Your system schema version is -1. Updating directly from a schema version prior to 8000 is not supported. You must upgrade your site to Drupal 8 first". Core is 8.5.4 and all modules are up to date with no errors/notices.

Passing parameters to route
@Clive I ended up using encoding the params and passing them via the Session, thanks.

Passing parameters to route
Well this could work, but it seems at overkill just to pass two strings. Essentially creating a CT and having to read/write from the db is a bit to much imho. But i do appreciate the answer.
