It actually been cached tried that when added the JavaScript to the head section.

Hi my problem is not in the way i am adding the js to the page . my problem is this function: javascript_api_print_parameters() collect all the module the implement the hook and create a dynamic parameters . because drupal caching is enabled the first time you hit the page the parameters are sticky to this page .

But in this situtation if i have multi segmentation the ui will be very long. Also in case i am pulling this data in a view i need to create a nother template for that view

Drupal Multi Site Folder structure
Thanks solved the problem . Did it with virtual Dirctory ( Running on iis ) virtual directory was pointing to the sites/mydomain per iis configure.
