How todo I disable quickthe Quick edit module?

That quick edit thing drives me crazy it won't let me uninstall itI tried uninstalling Quick edit via the user interface.

What i've done is i uninstalled it via uiI cleared the cache via drush cr and it keeps living . How can i kill it ?

Now i've done drush en -y quickedit and drush pmu quickedit all seems normaldrush cr, but it is still theredoesn't work.
