That quick edit thing drives me crazy it won't let me uninstall it.

What i've done is i uninstalled it via ui cleared the cache via drush cr and it keeps living . How can i kill it ?

Now i've done drush en -y quickedit and drush pmu quickedit all seems normal but it is still there.
