You can use

path('entity.node.canonical', {'node': dd.nid})

in the template file.

So the markup in the template file would look like

<li><a href="{{path('entity.node.canonical', {'node': dd.nid})}}">{{ 'About Us'|t }}</a></li>

Though haven't tried it but this should work.
