You can use path('entity.node.canonical', {'node': dd.nid}) in the template file.
The markup in the template file would look like this.
<li><a href="{{path('entity.node.canonical', {'node': dd.nid})}}">{{ 'About Us'|t }}</a></li>
I haven't tried it, but it should work.
