Drupal clear Clearing the cache changes the nice menu every time.

Maybe this isn't a cache problem, but I am using Drupal 6, I have cache disable and I am editing a custom nice menu CSS file. I

I didn't see changes right away to my nice menus, so I cleared the cache in the performance windowpage, and the menu would revert back to old changes. SoWhen I would press clearcleared the cache again and, it would randomly findfound new settings for Nice Menu. I
I then installed develDevel, and cleared the cache with it and, but it did the same thingdidn't help. I also cleared myClearing the browser cache and it did the same thingdidn't help either. I can't get

Do you have any thing to stick. Any ideas.idea?
