Maybe this isn't a cache problem, but I am using Drupal 6, I have cache disable and I am editing a custom nice menu CSS file. I didn't see changes right away to my nice menus so I cleared cache in the performance window and the menu would revert back to old changes. So I would press clear cache again and it would randomly find new settings for Nice Menu. I then installed devel and cleared cache with it and it did the same thing. I also cleared my browser cache and it did the same thing. I can't get any thing to stick. Any ideas.
