So I got the following problem after I updated the core of my website to 6.26 The Google doesn't see my friendly URL-s! All the other system can see it!

The browsers (IE, Chrome, FF), the RSS, the TweetFeed everything can see the friendly URL-s and in the XML site map the system also see the friendly URL-s. Google Webmaster and Analytics also see the Friendly URL-s but if I search on my site via the Google (site:mywebsitedomain) it can see only the node system urls (mysite.com/node/6574)

Before the system update it was working well. My host supports friendly URLs, I have installed PathAuto and Global Redirect Also (Clean URL enabled :) )
