I'm using i breadcrumb in views.i put a php code in views(basic setting>header). and my code is:-

But in my page its shows page title and breadcrumb into term id not term name like"texonomy/term/id" but i want term name instead of term id

I am using the following PHP code in the view's header to set the breadcrumbs of the view.
