I used a different approach and now stuck at another problem. I tried to do it using form_alter. It works fine when I open one form at a time. When I try to open a form in 2 different browsers/tabs, it shuffles data from here to there. So the issue is still there but with different condition.

But in my case, I want every option in different row populated as select List. So when I unchecked the above option, it shows only the last value in select list. Although in my view, I can see all options, but select list only shows the last one.

Yes I tried that. When I choose display all values in same row it show all values in a row, as expected.

@CodeNext in content type B, I created a field of Entity Reference type and referred it to an Entity Reference View. That Entity reference view fetch values correctly, but on displaying those options as select list in my field, the issue occurs.

Yes disabled that but no progress. I dont know why it shows up when I inspect page.
